These 3 are the best tech investments I probably ever will make for a long time
Dell U2412M 24″ 1920×1200 E-IPS monitor
- Love the 16:10 aspect ratio, pretty rare this days
- Higher vertical resolution great for programming/reading
- Colour depth is better than average
Unicomp Spacesaver 104 mechanical keyboard
- Spiritual successor of the famous IBM Model M
- Extremely noisy
Logitech G400 mouse
- Re-release of the Logitech MX518
- Hope it will be durable enough

My rig:
- Intel i5-4570 3.2Ghz 6MB cache
- Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 650 OC 2GB DDR5
- Gigabyte Z87-D3HP-CF motherboard
- 2x8GB DDR3-1600 Kingston RAM
- 240GB Crucial M500 SSD
- 500GB WDC Blue
- 520W Seasonic PSU
In case you are curious, I don’t overclock my machine in order to maximise its lifespan. In fact, I run without Turbo Boost by default.
I don’t go for the latest and greatest because of affordability limits and that machines depreciate quickly. I prefer to spend abit more on user-oriented fundamentals shown at the top that will stay with me for a long time.
